For the last nine years I have taught yoga to all ages & experience levels from beginning to advanced & in a variety of different environments; from yoga studios, gyms, rehab centers, personal home one-on-one, family reunions, special events etc. And now I’m taking it online. Beginners welcomed!

My teaching method is to make my students feel safe & create sacred space for a non-judgmental atmosphere for those who may feel vulnerable & unsure about the postures. My focus is on creating a connection to the body mind and spirit by linking movement with breath & embracing the moments of stillness. I am light-hearted and fun & my goal by the end of class is to make my students leave feeling calmer and an overall state of happiness
