About Nilabh

I first took the SAT in my senior year. With only 21 days of preparation, I still managed to get a 1540/1600 score with 780 points on the English Section. As someone who has gone through the experience myself, I have an easy time relating to my students and the issues they encounter. I have a deep passion for the English language, but my approach on the SAT is one of method and structure. The English section is scary when you see large texts and not much clarity, but my experience studying different techniques and working with different students, helped me curate the perfect set of resources that will give you a seamless test prep experience! Students also enjoy talking to me about their college applications journeys because I went through it myself and was able to come out with multiple acceptances and scholarships (including full rides!). Through these classes, I enjoy sharing my insights and make the most of your college admissions journey!

About the lesson

The resources used in the course are a cumulation of multiple sources I cited (including paid ones) and sources that other students of mine found useful. They are professionally curated in partnership with a large, established tutoring company.

I break down the English Section into different topics, with about 15 in Writing and 7 in Reading. Each topic is given individual attention, with its own theory, solving tricks and practice questions from the SAT. The lessons are specially designed to add easy-to-apply rules and methods to an otherwise intimidating and vague English section!

This way we build a strong foundation with a deep understanding of all the topics. My experience helps me guide you in using common as well as personalized strategies that maximize your test scores. There's plenty of additional practice resources and deficiency-analysis techniques to help you reach your SAT goal today!
