About Olivia
I am a 25 year old graduate student, looking to gain experience teaching English Language skills to children of levels ranging from preschool to eighth grade. I'm willing to work with any amount of skill, because I know competence and intelligence can vary greatly from person to person. Everyone learns differently! In my spare time, I am an artist and musician. I have a passion for knowledge and live on the East Coast with my husband and our cats.

My methods definitely vary from child to child. I have no single approach that works best for everyone, because I believe every child is unique and learns in their own way. I do think one-on-one tutoring works best for children who need a little extra help pulling their grades up. One thing I will say is that all children learn quickly when they're engaged in every activity, and their emotional needs are fully met. Learning should be fun, not arduous!
