- Iyengar Yoga Training at the Center de Ioga Iyengar in Barcelona. - Hatha Yoga training at Swasti Yoga Shala in Rishikesh (India). - 4 years giving group and individual classes at Premià de Mar. - I studied and worked as an industrial engineer, something that led me to see that in life you have to do what makes you happy, and in my case, that is Yoga . My goal is to share with everyone who wants, the immense benefits that Yoga can bring to our lives.
