About Al Jayson
I am a biologist who is majoring in Marine Biology and currently taking Masters of Science in Marine Biology at James Cook University. I love animals and very passionate about the marine environment. I am also a certified Divemaster, a profession I take advantage of to impart my knowledge and appreciation of the marine environment to tourists and interested people.

I prefer teaching in person but if not possible due to location or time, web video will also do. I base my classes on what the students need to know and I tend to approach it from the most basic component and slowly progressing to complex concepts. I also like to incorporate fun stuff to get students more engaged on the topic. I don't mind explaining topics over and over if necessary until students understand it thoroughly.
