All the sessions are 1 hour long and will be composed of techniques,drilling and strenght and conditioning/combat conditioning.
Techniques will includes hand,legs,knee and elbow strikes.
Drills will be about defending,attacking and countering.
All of the above will be planned accordingly to the person level of experience.
