Even if I am getting started I would like to show them how chess can be learned and taught by anyone no matter where you are and that the toughest part is always starting from them momentum builds you get better so that would keep them encouraged.

Students should take lessons from me even if my age is younger than most students would feel more connected and closer to me as I am closer to their level than others as well as encouraging them that this is not a tough subject to learn and excel at as chesscould be very fun so if someone at my age is playing it and loving it then they would to.
