I'm a certified teacher in kriya yoga, Osho techniques, sufi meditation and yogi Bhadjan kundalini yoga. Besides kundalini yoga I can give a personal class of kriya yoga, laughter meditation, dance meditation. I know how to be in balance physically and how to come back to positive and healthy state of mind and can help others to get out from negative emotions or depression with these techniques.
