About Mauro
My name is Mauro, I am a kundalini yoga teacher certified by KRI (Kundalini Research Institute) in 2020.
For 5 years I have been sharing classes in person and online in Argentina, Mexico, Italy, United States.
Each class has a focus or theme and is adapted to the needs of each person.

As a kundalini yoga teacher I will teach you techniques and methodologies that you have in your physical body to change your physical and mental state.
My main goal in each class is that you can connect with your own space of well-being by making room for you to connect with your own body.
Kundalini Yoga, is a complete and powerful practice that combines conscious breathing, movement, meditation, and mantra. It’s not just physical exercise or a way to relax—it’s the yoga of awareness, designed to help you live with clarity, emotional balance, and inner connection.
Each class strengthens the nervous system, balances the glandular system, and expands your energetic field, so you can face everyday life with more stability, intuition, and presence.
Many people are drawn to Kundalini Yoga hoping to “awaken the kundalini energy” or to have intense spiritual experiences. But this practice is not about chasing mystical phenomena or extraordinary states. The true goal is to become a stable, compassionate, and conscious human being, able to hold any experience with inner strength and calm.
You don’t need to be flexible, have prior experience, or follow any specific religion. All you need is your breath, your body, and your willingness to explore.

I have been working with Mauro for 6 months now and the amount of transformation and clearing I have experienced is incredible. I feel so much more align and have gained much needed clarity for my life. He is truly a teacher that is dedicated to his students & offers so much knowledge and wisdom to help you on your personal improvement. What i love most is that he not only offers your personal session but he also has group classes, weekly meditations and he sends you videos so that you can continue to commit to the practice throughout the week. I highly recommend Mauro as a Kundalini yoga teacher and transformation coach.
