About Lucy

I am a languages enthusiast: I studied French and Spanish at the University of Bristol and have lived abroad in Paris and Madrid. During various experiences living abroad, I met some wonderful people and learned even more than I expected. I gained experience teaching children, giving language support to office workers in both France and Spain and earned my CELTA teaching qualification teaching classes of adults.
Apart from languages, I love traveling, reading, yoga, cooking, watching TV and spending time with friends and family.

Friendly manner and flexible approach: my belief is that classes are for the students. You tell me your level, strengths and weaknesses and the goals that you have, and I will create a personalised teaching plan to get you where you want to be - the idea is that we work together and that your progress and enjoyment comes first.
My attitude to teaching comes from my own experience of language learning. I understand how daunting it can be so I plan to make lessons as engaging and as comfortable for the student as possible.
Usual lesson time either 30mins or an hour (but longer lessons are possible upon request).
