About Marine
Studious and curious by nature, I have always enjoyed school, learning new things every day and being intellectually challenged on complex subjects.
In middle school and high school, I was a good student, but I had, like everyone else, subjects for which I had more difficulties than others, in particular French in my first years of college and maths in high school. I took courses on this occasion, which allowed me to have my scientific baccalaureate with TB mention, and then a double licence in eco-management and law obtained with honors. This is why I know that the additional courses that we can take are a precious help and that they are sometimes necessary to achieve our own ambitions.
In high school, I also did homework help with college students from my establishment. And seeing the progress of my students made me proud and made me want to continue helping other students in difficulty.

My teaching method revolves around two key ideas: understanding and self-confidence.
First of all, the student must understand what he is doing, which leads me to question him a lot, sometimes asking several times the same question from different angles or by asking him to explain to me a notion. A key point is also that I put the emphasis on the use of examples and illustrations which allow to concretize the most abstract theories.
The second thing is self-confidence: I have met a lot of young people who were stuck on failures or on misconceptions they had about their own capacity. This is why my lessons will always be progressive, the student must feel that he has mastered each of the stages or elements before moving on to the next.
Therefore I make a point of honor that the lessons take place in a positive and caring atmosphere.
