About Mandy
I graduated with an upper second class in LLB Law in July 2019, and I am starting a human rights Masters in September. I achieved an A* in English Language and Literature in my A-Levels, and I am very keen and able to share my knowledge and skills to current students.
Through my studies, I have developed excellent analytical and essay writing skills, both of which are essential to studying English literature. I am a very avid reader, and I am able to analyse novels, poetry and other mediums very quickly and effectively.

I am a very friendly, calm and patient person which is reflected within my teaching methodology, and I will adapt my teaching methods to meet the individual student's own needs. I am also very knowledgeable on the current curriculum for both GCSE and A-Level students.
I take a fairly interactive approach to teaching, and I like to teach through discussion, to engage the student and encourage them to expand their thinking to be more analytical and perceptive. I also use mini quizzes, flash cards and mind-maps as I find that these methods engage students of all ages very effectively, and enables them to break down their thoughts and opinions. I will also offer in-depth assistance in essay writing.
