About Kumari
I am a qualified lawyer who has been meditating since 2000. I taught teenagers at Head Space in Sydney, meditation and I also conducted mindfulness classes for adults in a corporate setting overseas.
I maintain a daily meditation practice as it really helps me with my life and challenges and keeps me happy!

My teaching method is experiential. I teach three simple types of meditation first including techniques that people can use when they are at work or even in a classroom as well as tips to use when handling daily chores. I also teach through group activities.
