About Jessica
Hi and welcome!
My name is Jessica and I'm a yoga teacher, personal trainer and English tutor :)
My goal in any of my sessions and classes is for you to feel good and confident about yourself.
My style is energetic, creative and motivational and my clients not only continue to come back to my safe spaces but more importantly trust me with guiding them.

Would you like to practice your English skills in an interactive way, while enhancing your wellbeing? My yoga classes would be perfect for you!
In my 3+ years experience of teaching English, I've come to see that the best way to learn English is to actually use it in day to day life.
You can get great grades in a class but can you start to build personal and professional relationships, find jobs and travel using your English skills?
Moving your body & meditating may actually boost your ability to learn something new.
So in my 1 to 1 classes you'll be nourishing your mind through breath and movement while improving your conversation and listening skills in a real-world setting.
P.S. Of course if you'd just like to explore the numerous benefits of yoga (minus the English teaching), you're more than welcome to book a class with me :D
Whether you'd like a class for period pain relief, to feel upbeat, to feel calmer, open up the hips, chest, shoulders and more, or have another request in mind, feel free to reach out!
Sessions will usually be between
9 am and 1 pm
4 and 7 pm
BST (GMT +1)
But do reach out if you have other times in mind
