About Deepika

I am Dr. Deepika Pandey MD (Ayurveda), an Ayurveda enthusiast. I want to teach because sharing knowledge not only helps others understand Ayurveda better but also allows me to keep learning and growing in the process. Teaching gives me an opportunity to stay connected with my passion while contributing to the spread of authentic Ayurvedic wisdom.

About the lesson

My teaching style focuses on making learning simple, clear, and practical. I emphasize understanding the core concepts rather than rote memorization, using real-life examples and visual explanations to make topics easy to grasp. I encourage interactive discussions and questions so that students stay engaged and confident.
