About Johnel
I’m John Randolph, a chill Black writer from Kansas City who grew up loving scary stories, riding, and getting lost in R.L. Stine books and Stranger Things marathons on Netflix. I write novels, stories, and scripts because one day I’m set on becoming a movie writer and building my own film company, not just for me but to help other people chase their dreams too. I’ve lived a real life, worked real jobs, earned real certifications, finished high school and college, and pushed through things most people don’t talk about, and all of that made me someone folks can relate to — someone who creates from the heart and keeps it honest every step of the way.
