About Yashaswin
I bring a combination of academic knowledge and real-world corporate experience to every session. I hold an MBA and I have 8 plus years of experience as a Human Resource Professional. I have built my professional career working with leading global organizations including Goldman Sachs, HP and Salesforce.
I have also delivered 15+ guest lectures to engineering and business students, which has given me a strong understanding of how to make professional concepts practical, clear and engaging.
My goal is to create a comfortable environment where students can ask questions, explore ideas and learn at their own pace. Whether you need help understanding business concepts, preparing for interviews, improving your professional profile or planning your career, I focus on practical guidance that you can actually apply.

My approach is practical, interactive and tailored to each student. I believe business and career skills are best learned through real situations, examples and conversations rather than only theory. With an MBA and professional Human Resources experience at Goldman Sachs, HP and Salesforce, I bring real corporate perspectives into every session.
A typical lesson starts by understanding the student’s goals, background and current challenges. We then cover the relevant concepts, work through practical examples or case studies, and finish with exercises, discussion and personalized feedback. For career focused sessions, I can also work through resumes, LinkedIn profiles, interviews, communication and career planning.
What sets me apart is the combination of academic learning and firsthand corporate experience. I have also delivered 15+ guest lectures to engineering and business students, giving me experience explaining professional concepts in a simple and relatable way.
My lessons are suitable for university and college students, engineering students, business and MBA students, recent graduates and early career professionals. I also welcome students looking to transition from engineering into business, management or corporate careers.
