My Name is Makarand and i am mechanical engineer by profession. Since 2018 i am a full time Hatha yoga teacher. I have trained formula 1 racer, Corporates, CEO of top companies and travelled to Philippines, Indonesia, Russsia, UAE, Lebanon, Syria and Armenia to offer yoga practices. While teaching i maintain absolute sanctity and integrity that means in my class i dont touch my participants to correct. Also i dont use any props, mirrors etc. Thats why hatha yoga by sadhguru is getting popular across the world because it is not mere physical practice but strong spiritual process which aligns physical body, mental body, emotions and energy.
