About Rin
Hi there! My name is Rin and I am an online English tutor passionate about helping students express themselves clearly and creatively. Whether you’re working on essays, creative writing, or improving presentation skills, I create lessons tailored to your goals and learning style. With a background in writing (I'm a teen author myself actually!) and years of experience helping students strengthen their writing at my school, I focus on making each session supportive, engaging, and productive. I believe that with the right guidance, anyone can become a confident and effective writer!

My lessons focus on building confidence and creativity in English writing. I use a flexible and student-centered approach, adapting each session to your goals, whether that’s improving essay structure, creative storytelling, or developing strong presentation skills. A typical lesson begins with a quick writing warm-up, followed by a focused activity on your chosen skill (for example, refining an essay paragraph or brainstorming a story idea). We end with feedback and next steps so you can track your progress. What sets me apart is my ability to make writing feel enjoyable and achievable. I encourage open discussion, creative thinking, and positive reinforcement, ensuring every student feels supported and inspired. My lessons are ideal for middle school and high school or anyone who wants to express themselves more clearly and confidently through writing. I am available from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm, however, I'll be more than glad to answer any quick last minute questions!
