About Sophia
Hey! I’m Sophia, I’m 26, and I was born and raised in the United States. I’ve been using technology nearly my entire life, and over the years I’ve developed a wide range of skills across both Mac and Windows computers—as well as iPhone and Android devices. I’m self-taught in many areas, as well as formally trained through various jobs I have had.
I have hands-on experience with a variety of software and apps—from social media and messaging platforms to editing programs, productivity tools, and even AI like ChatGPT and Canva. Whether you’re trying to troubleshoot an issue, get comfortable using a new app, or finally understand how your phone and laptop work together, I’m here to help with a calm, supportive approach.
A little more about me... I’ve always been a curious learner, and I chose to grow through real-life experiences—traveling, researching, and diving deep into things that interest me. Outside of tech, I’m passionate about nature, creativity, and expression. I spend my free time outdoors, writing, painting, taking photos, cooking, and working on many projects that still involve the use of technology.
