Our breathing is influenced by our thoughts, and our thoughts and physiology can be influenced by our breath. Learning to breathe consciously is helping to restore balance in the mind and body.

All lessons are 30 minutes length. During each lesson you will have some Theory and Practice

- Learn techniques and their benefits
- Question and Answer after each session (if clarification needed)
These are 1:1 Skype lessons done by individual appointments.
Course setup
I have been teaching Hatha Yoga and Pranayama actively about 5 years. My students gave me a great feedback that encourages me to emphasize on the importance of this beautiful technique. It improves many areas in your life. It results improved stamina, decreased stess level and release muscle tension.
Pranayama is part of Hatha Yoga practice. It will help to balance your life and create a new way of handling situations. During physical activities, Pranayama will help to increase your stamina and endurance. Controlling your breathing rewires the brain and creates a different reaction in stressful situations. You will be able calming your mind more easily.
