About Yogini
My experience is learning yoga since 2012 until now. Take me to the Himalayan foothills and the banks of the Ganges to study and teach in one of the Ashrams for 2 years. With that experience I would like to share what I have learned.

My teaching method is more focused on the foundations of yoga. When we are strong, flexible and well balanced in philosophy, the body will follow. Many exercises are focused not only physically but also mentally. Discipline, dedication, honesty in practice.
