Combining motivational coaching techniques, I offer a fully engaging and personalised service. Typically, for a first session I undertake a comprehensive learning needs assessment, the results of which can be made available to the parent / guardian. While encouraging the student to adopt high yet realistically achievable targets for their own education, I am also sensitive to the level of each student and what he or she is ready to adopt.
This coaching-based approach I take has proven highly successful for my students. I approach each student and the sessions with an open mind to learn what I need to be of support.
