About Ardra
I am a Post Graduate in English from the University of Delhi and an academic enthusiast, who strives to break the conventional practices in the Indian student-teacher system. I have experienced the privilege of tutoring students from Primary to Senior Secondary- online, offline, and recorded modes, independently and under various agencies and organizations including Teach For India. Myself a research enthusiast, I preach on the importance of a better stress-free and trauma-free classroom environment that makes learning an enthusiastic process.

Upholding an experience of 4 years in teaching, I strongly adhere to the idea that a monologue lecture shapes the learning of neither the student nor the teacher. Therefore a classroom environment that encourages healthy discussions and debate where the student keeps aside his or her insecurities, and dedicate active participation in classrooms are essential for the development of learning process in a student. Moreover, I, myself pose keen to learn from my diversely brilliant fellow students.

I have personally experienced the talent and potential of Ms. Ardra Ram as a teacher. She is fabulous and extremely punctilious in explaining concepts and ideas.
