My teaching method is to teach the basic understanding of Art and how it can be a passion worth your time. I will understand any questions the student may have, analyse their work and give advice and knowledge based on what I have learnt over the years of studying Art.
We will work together to develop your practical and conceptual skills during your lessons. I will support your development whether you are a primary school age child wishing to obtain an Art scholarship, an A level student focused on producing a coherent and high quality portfolio, or an adult wishing to improve your drawing or painting techniques for your own enjoyment.
I offer English tuition to students of any ability and qualification level, from basic literacy skills up to A Level and International Baccalaureate qualifications. I tailor my style to suit the needs of the individual student and their input is vital when I structure my lessons. To me, there is no such thing as a 'wrong' answer and my approach is exploratory rather than didactic.
I am patient and structured, always using new techniques to measure progression, refining the basics thoroughly in order to reach a more advanced stage of language.
I qualified in August 2016 Diploma inHuman Nutrition, and I would love to help others to start to see the health benefits of good nutrition in their everyday life, feeling and behaving like a new you. forever and ever.
If you need to know anything about the rules of football I can explain them with enthusiasm and fantastic detail. Furthermore, I can help you achieve your footballing dreams by teaching you a large variety of skills and techniques to improve your performance on and off the field. I can teach you in person or over the phone. Ask me anything you like.
I base my classes around what the student wishes to learn and where their weak spots lie. By bringing in alternative explanations and trusted resources I will help students to understand those topics that seem impossible to grasp. Understanding will be consolidated by working through past paper questions together.
I am a secondary 11-18 teacher of all 3 Sciences to KS3 and 4 and of KS4 and 5 Psychology. I have been teaching for seventeen years across all ability ranges. I use my research into memory and learning techniques from my Psychology studies to adapt and develop my teaching style to the needs of the learner.
I am a 22 year old graduate looking to work in an educational environment, i have a lot of experience working with younger students and for me the idea of teaching art is more about helping the student to understand there own perspective and helping to give them the tools to understand and create using there own influences.
I tutor primarily GCSE and A Level students in history, geography and am willing to consider general studies and other subjects under the humanities arch. I received a BA in history from the University of York, graduating in 2011, and am currently studying for an MSc in International Development, part time, alongside my work in travel.

- Classes Classes are of a drop-in nature, and children typically attend for around 20-30 minutes per subject. There are 2 classes a week on Wednesday afternoon and Saturday morning; children attend a minimum of one class per week but can attend twice a week. Children work independently on worksheets which have been tailored to their individual needs, and so there is no group-work at Kumon.

I have been giving lessons to foreign students between the ages of 8-15. I follow the UK National Curriculum, focusing on topics ranging from basic grammar to writing persuasive essays. I focus on the three skills of reading, writing and arithmetic. I can prepare students for specific exams or focus more broadly on improving their English skills more generally.
Learn while you enjoy the class. I have designed a fun but challenging method to teach my dance classes. Every body is different so I do my classes to suit different needs and goals. In Every class you will enjoy a nice warm up, technique class, corrections and calm down exercises. I use Yoga, pilates and ballet to do a complete and productive workout.
I believe practice makes perfect, everyone has a creative ability and I want to investe time with people to help them achieve their potential. Weather it is to achieve a top grade, develop an existing skill or just a start to a new hobby.
I make it fun and interesting and which in turn makes it easier to remember and take things on board

I truly believe with the right teacher you can excel in your subject and it can be enjoyable! My teaching method is specific to the student. I will help them to discover their ideal way of learning. Each lesson will be interactive and varied to maintain enthusiasm.
Each student is individually different, like I needed an alternate approach to teaching because of my better visual-learning ability, I will adapt my lessons to how the individual learns best. I also understand how important patience is when it comes to teaching so students will not be exposed to unnecessary pressure.
Every student is individual and so their learning style is too. I personally have recently gone through the struggles of learning subject content and exam prep so I am aware of what makes a good teacher, and what does not.
