My teaching is aimed at primary and secondary school pupils and methods include short presentations with practical and explanatory tasks
I believe that learning is biological. I use psychological techniques to ease the brain into studying and to effectively memorise material.

I have a passion for music and really enjoying teaching guitar as I believe that it is a very interesting skill. I have developed my own set of teaching methods which have been very successful across all age groups and levels.
My teaching method is to take complex ideas and express them in simple terms in order to teach effectively. Taking different techniques and explaining them efficiently to suit each student independently, as some people grasp different methods better.

Ill plan out my class, part by part. Get to know the class and then ask them questions like “are you there to serve the arts? Or is the arts there to serve you” just to see if theyre in the right mind for a musical theatre student. All my classes would be extremly active and fun.
I start lessons by teaching basic chords that feature in most songs and teach well known songs to practice chord progressions and strumming. I am very patient and work at my student's speed. I am very friendly and attentive and can tailor lessons as needed.
My teaching method is specific to the individual. I notice some children understand and remember information more if they learn practically, whilst others retain the information better from written and analytic tasks.
I structure my lessons so that equal time is dedicated to both technique work, and learning pieces of music. This is to demonstrate that technique plays a large part in being able to play the guitar properly, whilst also achieving a balance with the more enjoyable side of playing pieces of music. I am open to teaching all students from beginner level to around Grade 7.
I first focus on building on any areas tge student may struggle on, paying attention to detail and ensuring the student understands, begore progressing on to working through pastpapers. I will provide a method on how to attack each question which can be applied in most situations.
I base my classes on what suits the pupil best. I try relate all lessons to real life making topics come alive.
I start off by seeing what talent the student might have and work from there.
I believe English should be about exploring texts in a way that works for my students; no knowledge tests or 'wrong answers', just good discussions and essay-writing practice - and above all, I want to make it relevant to today's students! This could involve analysing song-lyrics as poetry, looking at online articles and social media posts, discussing favourite books - all with a focus on...
My teaching method is quite simple. The first thing I do is to encourage students to tell me what they want to achieve from the lessons (e.g "I want to be able to have a good conversation in Italian", "I just want to learn the basics" , "I'd like to speak Italian as if it is my native language").
I have a bunch of crucial notes that I can teach about specific topics (for example, trigonometry) I can also go through passpapers and help find the solutions to difficult questions.

I believe that no two individuals will learn in the same way. Therefore I strive to be flexible in my approach so that the student's individual needs can be catered for. I believe that mathematics can be fun and is best learned through practicing example questions.
I offer the full spectrum of high school level chemistry and related sciences (if required), up to and including advanced higher studies. My tutoring is predominantly based around the content that students receive from their teachers, on a topic by topic basis.
Hello! I'm a student of Software Engineering at the moment, which means lots of maths! Luckily I've always enjoyed it and seemed to have been successful with it. I look to help the student actually understand the maths they are doing, rather than just memorising and repeating.
My teaching career of over 30 years has included positions in many areas of education and business. I have gained extensive experience and expertise of working with people of different age ranges, abilities, attitudes, aspirations and cultures.
Education is a personal thing. Teach kids who they learn is something I have observed from a school environment. Make it a unique learning experience tailored to the individual and they will learn faster and enjoy the process more.
I have limited experience of teaching but from my learning experience I have a wealth of resources in various forms of media that I am familiar with and can recommend for the advancement of Chinese ability in and out of lessons.

Above mentioned I would prefer to teach National 5 level students as the course as a whole is easier to teach, in my opinion. However, if any Higher level students are needing help with preparing for speaking presentations, directed writings or translation I would be more than happy to pass over my knowledge.
