My name is Dr Noor, i am a General medicine junior doctor. I teach children aged 7-16, but also teach small infants too. I am really passionate about teaching the younger generation. You can be from any academic background at any level. I am very patient, kind and attentive to pupils. I have a interactive and one to one approach to teaching.
I approach each topic individually, tailored to the specific needs of your child. I like to teach my introducing a broad, overriding concept to begin with and then seek to gradually build on it as my student becomes accustomed to the concept and grows in his or her confidence towards it.
I have been delivering motivational and educational seminars to a variation of year groups for an Education company called Elevate Education. Through my experience of this, my classes are delivered in an engaging and fun way to ensure that the information isn't lost due to boredom or of loss of attention.
I approach each student in a different way, adapting my teaching methods to suit each student and making sure that they learn in the way in which they are most efficient and comfortable. I have mostly taught younger students from the ages of 5-12 however I am willing to take on older students and do the appropriate research to match their specification at the time.
Our first lesson together would start with a quick icebreaker so we are both comfortable with each other and get to know each other just a bit better.
I aim to be a fun and creative tutor finding things that appeal to each individual student. Tutoring various ages (15-18), I believe it is important to adapt my style and language to suit this. I ensure the chosen texts are read and thoroughly understood before moving on to exam preparation thus building the confidence of my students beforehand.
Before beginning I will ask my pupils what they've been struggling with in class; then following the curriculum we will look over the hardest parts and perfect them. I will give out homework; however it won't be too demanding to compete with classwork.
I will encourage students' wider interest in their subject. I am a conscientious tutor, and so I will offer tools to help students find success in examinations and coursework. I think there are certain techniques that are difficult to grasp at first with English, and I would help tutees to develop the analytical and evaluative skills necessary.
My teaching method is tailored to each individual student, their age and the subject at hand. I identify weak areas from an early stage, providing targeted lessons. I have a systematic way of teaching by topic, verbal testing and written testing to solidify knowledge.
I ensure that students are not only able to answer questions but are processing the information and applying it in relevant circumstances. An accountability of students is ensured throughout lessons so that rumination on subject content enables true a education.
I am looking to give lessons to children between the ages of 8 and 17, the use of these lessons will be decided upon by the individual with a focus to improving their academic studies of English.
I specialise in providing online lessons for 11+ and GCSE English students. If you want to focus on your creative writing, we will take a more broad approach, and I will adapt the lessons to your areas of struggle, and if you want more help with your analytical writing, we will approach some texts that I will provide, or any that you are studying for exams.
I will prepare some questions/online worksheets before each lesson, given that I've spoken to the student beforehand about what kind of topics they are having the most trouble with.
I give lessons to students from GSCE level and below so I will adapt my teaching methods depending on age and thinking styles. I like explaining concepts using real life examples especially when the topic is something really abstract which is extremely helpful in subjects such as Physics.
I'd like to be able to help adults or teenagers, like myself, feel more confident in Public Speaking and Creative Writing. Often, teenagers I know think that they're not good at English or Public Speaking and believe they won't ever be.
I am friendly, witty and determined when it comes to tutoring. I believe I can develop my tutoring skills through helping you, with methods of discovering your weakest spots and working on them first before building on your strengths. With practise exam questions and revision, I hope to make you reach your full potential.
I am a sixth form student, currently studying science and maths but with a keen interest in reading and creative writing for fun. I am an undergraduate politics student at a London university, and aiming to help younger students in my area of strength: English, both Literature and Language. I am a 19 year old university student who is happy to help primary and secondary students. Please feel free to contact me even if you're older than secondary level. I understand that everyone learns differently and some people aren't as academic as others. I believe in catering every child's learning to their individual needs, including using their interests to give examples.
I am a 16 year old female, currently studying for A levels in Philosophy, Music and Music Technology. In my GCSE's, I got a B+ in both English Literature and Language and believe English is very important in every subject.

Board: OCR English Lit A- level ( new spect) -How to compare Rossetti and A doll's house with context - How to use context in dystopian novels when comparing the Handmaid's tale and 1984 I keep things simple so it's easy to understand.
I give lessons to students completing the new GCSE English (9-1 specification). I am patient, and willing to spend as long as I can helping someone. My teaching methods include memory tests, and helping someone write a perfect answer, in order to get the best grade possible.
I enjoy encouraging students to be creative, to think outside of the box. Students never learn quickly if you simply hand over the answers to them. Moreover, it makes for a far less engaging learning experience if you are just force fed what you need to know.
My teaching methodology is fun but educational so that students do no feel bored or forced to learn but enthusiastic towards attending an English class! I can teach not only the 5 areas listed below but anything else about English required!
My teaching method is a lot of listening! Tell me what you struggle with, and we can break down slowly what you struggle with! You could even do some practice essays, although I cannot mark them as a teacher would, I can give you tips and tricks to ENSURE that you're making the examiner happy!
My teaching method is first getting the hang of the language technique by using examples in texts and a few sentences. We practice this until it is learned and then apply the learning technique ourselves by writing a few passages. I let the student do this part on their own and if they are still struggling to understand I write a few with them.
I am a keen tutor looking to help children and young adults learn how to approach subjects they find difficult. As well as covering material thoroughly, I teach students to look for patterns and methodologies which allow them to continue their learning away from the classroom.
I make sure to approach each student differently in order for you to get the most out of your lessons. I’m a firm believer of the idea that we all work at different paces.
