I approach each topic individually focusing mainly on what the student needs. Each lesson is tailored which allows the student to learn in a way that is most suitable for them, making them more efficient at their work and more motivated.
I conduct all my classes online. Due to added flexibility of having induvidual classes, I will vary my teaching approach based on the student's needs. For example, If the student is struggling with the syllabus in part or in whole, I will go through and explain each chapter which he/she finds difficult in a simple and interesting manner so that it is easy to understand and Remember.
