I am a gymnastics coach from Manchester for over 5 years and have been studying sports for over 5 years. Lesson structure will be around basic movements of all sports and also provided information to help secondary students help pass their GCSE as I achieved a grade A. Here to help everyone succeed.
I used to be a former state representative in rhythmic gymnastic back in my home country in Malaysia. I used to train 8 hours a day when competition is around the corner. Also, during my free time, i used to coach children from about age 7-12 or maybe even older.
My teaching method is free. I will teach you the fundamental techniques of hooping and I will give you tools that will allow you to create your own style. There will be different hoops that we will use for examples, practices and different techniques. You can always choose the music! For more information, videos, etc.
The Hula Hoop/ Hoop Dance, is a fantastic way to workout and enjoying it, you will work on your body by making differents moves/tricks while dancing and having fun!
