In my classes I aim to cover a topic for the majority of the session and will try to give some questions at the end of the session which aim to test my student/s and prepare them for most difficult problems they may face.

Hi, I teach mathematics and I would give lessons to anyone studying at GCSE level or lower.
College student with experience and qualifications in Science, Maths, IT and Computing able to teach up to GCSE level. I would structure lessons in a way to build a foundation of knowledge in the subject to increase confidence in knowledge of the subject and allow a more in depth understanding of the material.
I have the ability to find ways of explaining areas of mathematics so that individuals can understand the subject. This may mean describing methods in easy to understand language or the use of everyday examples to support learning and understanding.
Hi My name is Naiha and I am a qualified teacherI provide lessons for KS3, KS4 and KS5 students. My views on learning styles have been influenced by the work of Carol Dweck. She believes that success depends on how we approach a problem. The idea that performance can cultivate through efforts is the key finding of her research.
My classes are relaxed and fun, which makes my students feel at ease. I understand that many students dread or even hate Maths and that there are a thousand and one things that they would rather do than have a Maths class! - Which subject(s) do you teach? I teach Maths from Key Stage 1 to 4, GCSE (Foundation), iGCSE (Foundation), SATS preparation and Adult Numeracy.
I will give lessons to students who are struggling with maths up to GCSE level, my lesson structure involves teaching a certain topic then answering exam style questions on the topic taught, this allows the student to take what they learn and show them how they would use this knowledge in a GCSE exam.
I have been tutoring Maths for 5 years (2012 to 2017) whilst studying my Computer Engineering degree (with honours).
Friendly, relaxed lessons.
Taking into account the preferred modality of the student e.g. visual, auditory, kinesthetic, I provide a bespoke teaching approach to meet individual needs and targets.
1:1 Tuition. Lessons prepared for the individual child's needs. SAT'S prep, 11+ prep, reading, writing, arithmetic, confidence building and more...
- I give problems first to gauge where the student is at with respect to the material. Then I focus in on the weak areas, helping the student to realize the concepts themselves. I have a geometric approach and use pictures wherever possible. - I have a friendly, somewhat informal style of teaching, running lessons more as a discussion than a lecture.
My teaching methods are tailored to my students to help them learn as effectively as possible.
My teaching method is anything it needs to be.
My approach would be to start with the foundations and gradually increase the difficulty. This allows a better understanding and better grades to be achieved.
Recently graduated (2017) from the University of Liverpool with a 2.1 (Hons) in BSc Chemistry, I am studying upon my Masters Degree in Advance Chemistry Science from September 2017.
In my lessons I prefer to start with the basics that most children are often lacking in confidence with resulting in difficulty in grasping the more difficult topics. As much as I can I try to include the students interests into lessons in order to create interest in the learning.
My teaching methods are based on how the students learn best, I adapt my way of teaching to best fulfil the students needs. Usually I begin with explaining the methods behind the topics and any trick that are helpful and then start to work through some questions with the student explaining how I would do it.
During my time as a PAL mentor I would usually base lessons on having students come to me with areas they are struggling with, or specific questions and us working through them together. However I would be happy to organise structured lessons involving practise questions.
