Usually I begin with explaining the methods behind the topics and any trick that are helpful and then start to work through some questions with the student explaining how I would do it.

I have a 1st class degree in Accounting and Finance and took Maths until A Level. I love using past papers in lessons as I find this the best way to learn. We would discuss the topic at the beginning of the lesson and running through examples, allowing you to ask any questions. I like to adapt the lessons to how you learn so if something isn't working for you, we can change it.
