About Nick
I am passionate about personal learning and development in myself and others.
I lacked confidence and ambition at school, additionally I did not relate or connect to most of the teachers and subjects.
It wasn't until later in life my mid 20s to early 30s that I realised that learning and self-development were accesible, enjoyable and intrinsically rewarding.
The catalyst for this insight was gaining an Honours Degree in Technology with the Open University.

I love using a blended approach to developing myself and others, so in any session we may use the frameworks of Acceptance and Commitment Theory, Neural Lingustics, Positive Psychology, Anecdotes, Personal Experiences and Mindfulness.
