A Level Biology. My name is Claire. I am a qualified teacher and a highly experienced teacher of A level Biology. I have 25 years' experience of teaching Biology A level.

Claire taught my daughter Biology A Level for over a year before her A Level exam. Claire went through the whole curriculum during weekly online sessions. She was organised with a plan for each session and emailed homework and handouts to help support my daughter. Claire was flexible when sessions needed rearranged and communicated well with both my daughter and myself. My daughter was able to attain the grade she needed to apply for Medicine at University. I would highly recommend using Claire to get extra support prior to Biology exams.

We would highly recommend Claire as an A-level Biology tutor. She worked with our daughter Sophie throughout her A-level studies, helping her build confidence and ensuring that she was thoroughly prepared for her exams.

Claire was always excellent in her communication, consistently punctual for our online lessons, and very prompt in marking and providing feedback on homework. She took a thorough and structured approach, making sure Sophie was covering the syllabus comprehensively and understood what was expected of her.

She provided plenty of past papers, questions and examples, and made sure Sophie had ample opportunity to practise and identify any areas that needed further work. Perhaps most importantly, Claire helped Sophie develop the confidence to go into her exams feeling genuinely well prepared.

Sophie ultimately achieved an excellent A-level Biology grade, which has helped set her up to continue her studies at her first-choice university in a biology-related field. We are very grateful to Claire for all her support and would have no hesitation in recommending her to other students and parents.

Claire was recommended on a school WhatsApp group. Over the past year, she has really increased my confidence in A-level biology and is extremely exam specification specific, making top grades much easier to achieve!

I first knew Claire when my daughter, Rachel, needed support for her A-level biology. Claire is a very experienced teacher and a capable tutor. She explains each topic of the syllabus fully in her lessons and spends time setting and marking past paper questions to ensure that not only the content is understood but the exam technique too. Rachel has certainly benefitted from her teaching. I would strongly recommend her for any AQA A-level biology students!

I had Claire's contact from several mothers from my eldest son 's school. They all spoke very highly of her and the children have been very successful with their university entrance exams.
Claire's lessons are very interesting as she makes sure that the students develop interdependent thinking that will benefit them immensely once at university.
Claire is punctual, caring, attentive to detail, extremely very organised and she makes sure that the student's attention never fades. Claire loves teaching and getting good results being always positive and encouraging.

Claire tutored my daughter A-level biology throughout year 12 and 13 at school. She helped improve my daughter's knowledge, exam technique and her confidence. My daughter's predicted grades went from C to A in just a few months which has helped her get an offer from her first choice university.
I highly recommend Claire.

I highly recommend Claire, as she is a great teacher who is able to explain difficult topics easily and makes lessons engaging and easy to follow. She has helped me understand the content to a level where I am confident in my performance. She is also very patient and supportive throughout my studies.

I have been tutored by Claire for my AQA Biology A level for the past 2 years and have found her to be extremely knowledgeable and an expert of teaching this course.

She has a superb way of covering the entire specification lesson by lesson in a very clear and concise way. She is good at adapting lessons to my specific needs, speeding up and slowing down the lessons when necessary. She uses a range of powerpoints to teach and explain all concepts in the most efficient way.

After each topic is covered, Claire goes through exam questions to ensure understanding and reinforce important exam technique.

I am aiming for an A* and really feel as though Claire has helped me in achieving the extra edge required to achieve this.

Therefore, I really recommend Claire anyone who is studying AQA A level Biology!

Claire is a highly experienced and qualified teacher of biology A level and has tutored (online and face to face) a range of students over the last 4 years and has received remarkable success results. She has 25 years + of teaching A level Biology! Some have gone on to study medicine at university. All have gone on to their desired university choices.
