About Salma
I’m Salma Safeer, an aspiring medical researcher and future changemaker passionate about making a difference in the world. I have graduated from Pristine Private School, Dubai, UAE, taking Biology, Chemistry, and Physics in A-levels. With a deep interest in medical sciences, I aspire to contribute to groundbreaking research that addresses global challenges in healthcare and communication sciences. Beyond academics, I am committed to social impact and actively engage in community service initiatives. I also enjoy creating insightful online content and helping mentor the youth through activities such as tutoring, coaching, etc. Driven, hardworking, and goal-oriented, I strive for excellence in all aspects of my academic and extracurricular pursuits.

As a tutor, I aim to make each lesson engaging, efficient, and tailored to the student's needs. I use a variety of resources — including coursebooks, online videos, my own structured notes, and visual aids — to ensure concepts are clearly understood. I focus on active learning by making lessons interactive and encouraging techniques like flashcards, active recall, and spaced repetition, which have proven to boost retention and performance.
My teaching style is flexible and student-centered. A standard lesson lasts around an hour, but I’m happy to extend the time if the topic requires deeper explanation or extra practice.
Having recently graduated from school and completed my A-levels in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics with strong results — along with excellent performance in my AS-level and IGCSE exams — I understand the challenges students face at each stage. My own journey through these exams allows me to connect with students more personally and guide them with strategies that worked for me.
I currently offer tutoring for IGCSE and A-level students in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, and I’m passionate about helping students gain confidence and achieve better grades in these subjects.
