Hey there! My name is Laurie, and I'm passionate about helping you discover your inner strength. With a first-class honours degree in dance from London Studio Centre, I've crafted a training approach that's all about blending the joy of movement with the power of strength training.
As a level 3 qualified personal trainer, I've had the privilege of working with an incredible range of clients, each with their own unique goals and abilities. Together, we've celebrated victories big and small, and I'm excited to do the same with you!
