The core of my classes is to be fun, interactive, and making every session unique and tailored to your specific goals. Although you might be doing a lot of reps, fitness shouldn't be repetitive and dull. My classes are planned into a structured long term training plan, maintain progress throughout. The first few weeks we will lay a solid foundation of core strength and joint stabilisation meaning as we progress we can minimize any risk of injury, then next stages will be personalised to your specific goal.
