My aim is to give you the confidence and knowledge to exercise effectively and enjoyably so you can live an active, healthy life.
By writing a programme which is tailored towards what is sustainable for you, and creating small lifestyle shifts, I will educate you on how to smash those fitness goals and continue to live healthily and happily.

Specialising in toning, fat-loss or getting you back to a healthy fitness level, my expertise in HIIT, Kettlebell, cardio and strength training is sure to help you towards your fitness goal.
Each session will be tailored towards you specifically and I will help you every step of the way; Let's do this together!

Perfect! Hannah is a great coach, very prepared and carrying. I am always looking forward our next session! She makes you feel at ease while motivating you at the same time.
