About Gleb

My journey started when I was about 15 years old... I was always a good student at school, but I hated doing sports. I remember thinking of people that were going to the gym as they're completely crazy, vain and had to do nothing with me.

I got in some trouble on the streets, some guys just took in on me and wanted to fight - I don't know how with my 100kg at the time I was able to run more than them... but I got really scared and decided that I had to do something. So i signed up for Muay Thai classes.

One day I was invited to a Spinning class. And I thought it was the worst thing ever. But three months later, I tried again and something changed - I really liked it!

That year I had a goal: to learn how to protect myself and to loose weight. So I was going to my Muay Thai lessons twice a week and to cycling classes another two days. My nutrition was simple: no sugar, no processed food and no bread.

Of course at that age is slightly different but I went from 100kg to 72kg. So I thought, if I can do it - everyone can.

So I became a Gym Instructor at my 17 - and I was teaching every single class available at any gym.

Later on, I studied Pilates, Yoga, Massage Therapy, Personal Training, Biomechanics, Nutrition, Life Coaching,...

And today I'm here, fully equipped with tools and experience, to help you achieve your goals.

About the lesson

When it comes to training, there is so much information today that you might feel a bit overwhelmed or completely lost. Every day we can find a new super program that will promise to achieve amazing results in a short period of time.. believe me, this is not the case at all. If it was, we would all be looking supermodels.

I really love to apply the Pareto Principle to my lessons, where the 20% of the exercises will give you the 80% of results. Once we have achieved those results, we can play with the other 80% of wide-range of exercises in the fitness industry that will allow you to achieve the other 20% of results. So basics first.

That being said, if you are a complete beginner I will teach you how to control you own body first. Once you know how to properly move, activate, engage and stabilise it you'll be ready to include weights. Think of it.. if you can't control your body, would you be able to control your body + a dumbbell... I don't really think so.

Another thing that happens usually when you're training, and that may be your case if you are and intermediate or advanced athlete is that you reach a plateau point where you really can't observe any further changes. Or maybe you've been going to the gym for several years and you still lifting the same weights.

An appropriate plan is the key to success. You have to have a plan where you can track and measure progress.

So if this is your case, I can really hep you to find the right plan for you :)

I have a very personal approach to Personal Training. Everyone is different and there are so many factors to take into consideration: time management, motivation levels, nutrition habits, genetics, your environment, etc.
