About Caitlin
I've spent a few months in total doing intermittent mentoring, mostly mentoring students that wanted to learn but were at lower levels than they wanted to be at. I've helped students to grasp topics in a way they hadn't been taught by teachers that made it easier for them to understand.

The majority of my tutoring work so far has been guiding students through work they have been given by their teachers rather than giving them more work do as they have had a clear goal of what they needed to learn and I was correcting them and helping them when they needed it. I think if my students wanted assessments on their learning I would be capable at creating and setting them work to do so
