About Jake
I am an aspiring medical student studying Biology, Chemistry, and Maths at A-level. I managed to achieve 9 grade 9's and 2 grade 8's at GCSE. I am also doing a research project into music therapy and Alzheimer's disease. I love to inspire and encourage younger students to dream big!

I teach based off content from the students specification, helping them to understand what they are expected to know, and going over any unfimiliar topics. I use markscheme based revision, especially for the sciences, and a walkthrough appoach to difficult maths questions. In all the subjects I tutor, I put emphasis on practice questions and specifically exam technique. Majoirty of marks lost by capable students are purely down to exam technique, and I am well aware of what this involves being an A-level student myself.
