About Evie
Hi! I'm Evie, an A-level student currently studying English Literature, History, Spanish and Maths at one of the top 20 sixth forms in the UK. I achieved nine grade 9s at GCSE and a distinction in spoken language for English. While I attend a great school now, I did my GCSEs in a public school, so I can completely understand how much teacher absences or substitutes can impact how you revise, and I have developed some key techniques to overcome this. I am incredibly passionate about English Literature, I am a big reader and want to study English Literature and Spanish at University next year. My lessons are aimed at primary or secondary school students and the length of lessons can vary depending on what you need! My personal approach would be to find revision techniques that work for you and work on any exam technique or missed lessons in school. I experienced a lot of teacher absences so catching up on material won't be an issue. The lessons are not strictly structured as I prefer to work on a case by case basis, however I believe it is important for me to be aware of any weak points that I can go over and I will endeavour to structure the lessons to constantly recall past information. Finally, I am always willing to give useful information and techniques that could help you achieve grade 9s in your subjects.
