About Tan
I manage a dementia care unit in a retirement community. I have worked in long-term care homes as well as in hospitals. I was once a student who hated cramming and looked for logical reasoning behind concepts. This approach helped me stay strong with education, and I try to pass on the same principles as education is everyone’s right.
