About RUPERT
My name is Rupert B. Capellan, LPT. I am a Licensed Professional Teacher with classroom experience in the Department of Education. My background in teaching, public service, program coordination, and event hosting has strengthened my communication skills and my ability to work with people of different ages and learning needs.
I am patient, organized, approachable, and committed to creating a respectful learning environment. I understand that every student learns differently, so I listen carefully, explain lessons clearly, and adjust my approach when necessary. I am Rupert B. Capellan, LPT., a Licensed Professional Teacher with classroom and public-service experience. My teaching approach is patient, practical, and tailored to each learner’s level, pace, and goals.
