About Vikas
I’m Vikas Bhadoaria, Founder & CEO of SoulSurfer Group, a family well-being brand working with children, teenagers, parents, couples and families, as well as schools and organizations. I hold a PGDCFT and MSCCFT and have professional training in CBT, EFT, ACT, Systemic Family Therapy and Mediation. My work combines professional knowledge with practical, engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences that help children and teens build confidence, emotional awareness, communication and everyday life skills.

I help children and teenagers build practical life skills through engaging, age-appropriate coaching sessions focused on confidence, communication, emotional intelligence, self-awareness, social skills and self-management. Sessions use conversations, stories, activities, real-life situations and reflection to help children understand themselves, handle everyday challenges and practise skills they can use at home.
