About Stefanie
I am a trained teacher and have been coached all my life as a professional athlete and have always passed on my knowledge. This ranges from nutritional advice, personal life planning, autogenic training, balance in social and individual lifestyle, to relationship counseling, astrological knowledge to psychological care for drug problems, food addictions, feeling suppression, bullying problems, apathy, motivation difficulties, joylessness and depression. I am keen to keep learning and I am very interested in people. The question of who I am and what I do here, everyone asks itself again and I know techniques and methods to find answers. If you are looking for individual advice, get to know me and we will find a way to help you to confidently shape your life.
