Lifelong musician based in South London teaching ‘cello, voice, guitar, piano and bass. Offering relaxed and friendly lessons tailored to suit individual needs.

Dave has helped me to grow my confidence with the cello and has shown plenty of patience and understanding even at times when I have felt frustrated.

My daughter found Dave easy to get on with, she always felt comfortable with him and looked forward to the lessons. Definitely would recommend him.

Dave is a really knowledgeable and patient music tutor. He is relaxed and friendly and put my sons at ease during their lessons. Lessons were well planned and Dave encouraged the boys to think about what they wanted to play, meaning they were more invested in the sessions and their practice. Dave has also exposed them to some really interesting music they wouldn’t normally hear. They look forward to their lessons rather than it being a chore! Highly recommend.

Dave is an extremely knowledgeable musician. He’s passionate about inspiring others to enjoy playing music. He teaches with patience, always listening to the students needs so that lessons remain fun and exciting.

David was a patient and understanding teacher. He was able to quickly assess my level and planned the lessons accordingly. He encouraged me to suggest what I wanted to do, rather than just tell me what he thought I should do next, so I learned at a pace that I felt comfortable with.
