About Michael
I am a litigation attorney with 13 years of experience handling complex legal matters on both the plaintiff and defense sides. I have represented landlords and tenants, buyers and sellers, businesses and individuals in disputes spanning real estate, employment law, discrimination, civil rights, commercial litigation, and construction conflicts between clients, contractors, and subcontractors. I have litigated cases in both federal and state courts, managing every stage of litigation from pre-suit negotiations to trial and appeal. Throughout my career, I have drafted everything from demand letters and pleadings to dispositive motions, post-trial filings, and appellate briefs. I have also overseen large-scale litigation projects, managed teams of attorneys, and worked closely with law firms, corporate clients, and government entities. My experience across diverse practice areas has given me a strong command of legal strategy, case analysis, and effective advocacy. Beyond my legal practice, I am passionate about mentoring and teaching. I enjoy helping law students, bar candidates, and legal professionals refine their legal writing, analytical thinking, and litigation skills.
