About Jonnah
I am married and a mom of two youngsters, with the goal of making the world as best as I can for the next generation. I am a passionate Catholic, and I appreciate insights from various worldviews. I have traveled in Poland, Canada, US, Mexico, Peru, Bolivia, and the Dominican Republic. I am knowledgeable about mental health challenges as well and enjoy helping people optimize their well-being through natural strategies.
