About Nick
I've been teaching A-Level History, Ancient History and English Literature for several years and at least two years online. My approach is exam-based and focused on question-and-answer technique. I focus on syllabus and exam technique. My usual method is to set an agreed question from your current syllabus, write it up and send it me for review, assessment, annotation and additional ideas. We meet up, online preferably, and go over the answer together working through point by point. You'll get a copy of my annotations, notes and ideas to take away.

My rates are not based on contact but on preparation time. That's where the value for money comes in. Candidates submit agreed practice answer which is carefully marked and annotated. That's what they get to keep and use when revision time comes. Contact time is used to go over comments and annotations in order to make sure they're understood.
