I am a sport and exercise science student who wants to use what I learn to help people to have a better and more useful time in the gym. I use target areas that are given to me by the client to devise the most effective workout for them to reach their goals and have a much better time when in the gym. I believe in continually motivating my clients that they will reach their goals, they just need to work hard and keep at it.
I have been making exercise routines for myself for the past 5 plus years and started making them for others over the past 2 years. with my GCSE PE and my studies sports and exercise science I am very well suited and very knowledgeable in this area.
